I followed only the last part of the US-Russia game; a Russian politician is already complaining that was fixed!

Too bad Martins couldn't get the gold, and that Tomass remained in 4th place - the most disappointing spot to be in the OIympics. But three medals for Latvia is fantastic!!!

I did enjoy watching Noelle P-P win silver in women's skeleton yesterday; the American who came in 4th - by .04 seconds - was definitely upset, as was I!Dziesmahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00563380904245865832noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5272601820794462116.post-4397626996348075012014-02-14T18:46:21.544-05:002014-02-14T18:46:21.544-05:00I find myself holding my breath during the skeleto...I find myself holding my breath during the skeleton runs - never mind the breathtaking nature of the sport itself, the fractions of a second separating Dukurs from a gold are overwhelming! The hockey has my blood pressure up also, especially the power plays... luckily we've only another week! (But I'll be sad when they're over!)Lienehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07479489443374383602noreply@blogger.com
